Although Pepperstone focuses mostly on Forex trading, the company has gradually expanded its product lineup over the years, currently offering more than 1,400 financial markets. This product range is not as impressive compared to other major brokers like IG, where you can trade as many as 17,000 markets. We also found that Pepperstone has slightly limited coverage in terms of asset classes as it presently does not offer leveraged trading in bonds, futures, options, and interest rates. Highly recommended broker
They only replies during their office timings.However, apart from this thing its the excellent platform for transparent trading. Bad customer service, I tried to contacted them through email, WhatsApp, and live chat, there responded was too slow in live chat.And no body answers me till know through WhatsApp since yesterday. And no answer through email since two days. Excellent customer service, easy-to-use software and transfers and withdrawals are done in a timely manner. Their TradingView integration is shocking, dropping connection often, so frequently you are in the middle of a trade, and the screen greys out and then you can’t log in to the broker for up to 2 hours. To add insult to injury, their support desk (may) respond, up to two weeks later, if at all.I am no trading genius, and have only been trading daily for 18 months, so many errors are my own. Now I can realize that many of their positive reviews are paid reviews, and those are fakes.You cannot withdraw any money than you deposit with this broker.
